I can't sync on mobile app. What should I do?

Please contact our support team via live chat (bottom right-hand corner of your SnagR site/ "Help and Support" at Menu via APP) so that we can look into this further. There could be a number of reasons the sync is not working. When in contact with our team, please provide the error messages or app behaviour that you are seeing on the device, and we are sorry this is happening. 


NOTE: Do you have un-synced data?

Un-synced data only exist on your device, and have not been sent to the web server yet, which is the single source of truth. If this is the case, please do not remove the project from the app, or remove the app itself. Otherwise this will result in total data loss.
