How to add single items to issue list?

First be sure to login to the Company Admin Area. If you are not a company admin, you will not see Login to Company Admin Area.

Here is how you can add Issue Categories: 

Issue category is the first tier of the standard issue list. 

Next, here is how you can add Issue Types

Issue type is the second tier of the standard issue list.

Further on, here is how you add Issue Description

Issue description is the third level of the standard issue list.
