Sometimes you might meet a situation, the previous forms already closed and passed (Closed(Passed)) but the last form is rejected (Closed(Failed))! The submitter needs to resubmit this inspection from the previous form with the new revision.
What should I do with the previous form since it is already closed and passed?
From now on, you can select the Closed(Passed) form(s) and make it failed together with the form you going to Closed(Failed).

Open the form which you are updating.
Change Workflow
Select Closed(Failed)
The dialogue shows up, the Closed(Passed) form(s) will list out for your selection.
Click the form to select.
and click "SAVE AND CLOSE".
The select items turn darker means option selected.
Click "Closed" to confirm.
Form(s) updated to failed together as your selected.
