How to confirm appointment?

Once the owner requested an appointment, the status of the appointment will be Unassigned.

To confirm the appointment, the team member(s) have to assign the appointment to the related team.
Appointment administrators can even assign appointments in batches.


 Website

Login to the website, access the Appointment page in SnagR Home/FM.

Double click on the unassigned appointment.
Select the related team to assign.

Done.


The owner will receive an email for the confirmation.


The team member(s) will receive an email of New Appointment as a notification.
