Under Menu, simply go to Dashboard to view the list of all issues.
At the search bar, type in keywords to have a filtered list of issues.

An easy way to search for issues is via Issue Dashboard.
Alternatively, if you prefer to rely on locations to look up an issue, you can always do so via the web plan viewer.
