What were the challenges?
- Paper-based process requires contractors to submit permits physically at the site office, which is not very efficient use of time.
- Permits submitted, approved and canceled are often difficult to keep track of.
- Tons of paper are used and disposed each day as permits remain valid for one day only.
Before Implementing SnagR
To submit and collect a permit, contractors had to drop by the site office each time they were about to start work on site. The permit applications are then piled up to a stack of paper on the table, hoping it does not go unnoticed.
