Welcome to SnagR! In this short article, we'll take you through the two types of activities you may be engaged through SnagR:
1) Issue rectification; 2) Forms or permit submission
Before that, you may want to get yourself ready on mobile. Install SnagR app from app store or play store, then follow the steps in the video to download the project on your device:

Issue rectification
How do I see all issues assigned to me?
On mobile app, simply go to Menu > Dashboard. It gives you the list of all issues that have been assigned to you. See more here.
How do I update an issue when it is fixed?
When you login with a subcontractor account, you will only see the issues that have been assigned to you. Once you have updated it as fix, the project team typically receive a daily report of it:

Don't forget to synchronise regularly so you see the latest update on your device. We suggest syncing every time you arrive on site and when you leave site.
How do I generate an issue report for myself?
On the website, simply to go Issue Reporting > Customised Report. Apply your filters and click print to PDF.
Forms or permit submission
How do I submit a form or permit?
You can submit forms via website or mobile app, depending on your preference. When you submit or update forms or permits via mobile app, be sure to synchronise so that the updates will be visible for relevant parties.
How do I find forms or permits?
On mobile app, be sure you are in form mode, then simply go to Menu > Dashboard. It gives you the list of all forms and permits that you have created. See more here.
On the website, simply go to Inspection > Inspection Finder, where you can search for forms by its name, created by, closed by, created date and closed date, etc.
You will only see forms and permits that are created by your account.
